Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original, unworn condition.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our mill, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
